system will provide back up services of all data hosted by it.
Data restores will be performed at the client's request.
A 30 day archrival will be kept by Binome Systems.
Binome
systems will not sell or distribute client's personal information
to anyone else.
Usage
of Binome Systems machines and services to
generate chain letters, junk mail, and spamming is strictly prohibited.
The
client is solely responsible for the page contents, its accuracy
and compliance with applicable international, United States federal, state
and local laws.
Storage
and transmission of unlawful, harassing, libelous, abusive,
threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene or otherwise objectionable material
using services and machine provided by Binome Systems is strictly
prohibited.
Attempts
to gain unauthorized access to other computer systems are
prohibited.
This
site is rated PG! No naughty magazines are to be

Systems reserves the right to discontinue all accounts and services
as a result of illegal and/or unethical behavior by the client.
